Stock Availability
Some items may be send faster than others due to stock. If an item is out of stock as a result, the delivery time is increased by the time it takes the product to be printed by a maximum of 3 days.
Tracking and Notifications
Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress via the carrier’s website.
Delivery Attempts and Options
If you’re unavailable to receive your order, the carrier may attempt redeliver the next day or leave a notification for pickup at a designated pickup point.
Inspection upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, inspect the items for any visible damage in the presence of the courier. If any damage is evident, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
