What materials do you use in your products ?

Every item in our collection is 100% 3D printed with PLA, PETG and TPU. Depending on the model, we choose the best filament ensuring precision and consistency in every piece. To add a touch of personality and detail, we hand-paint select features, making each product not just a piece of decor, but a work of art. From detailed busts of historical figures to fantasy toys and elegant home decorations, we offer a diverse range of items that cater to various tastes and preferences.

i just paid my product, what now ?

When you buy a product from our store this is the process:
Choose a product » Pay » You will receive a email confirmation with order number » Up to 3 days to print your product » Shipped to your location.

I just made an order, how do i track my package ?

Every order has a tracking number that you will receive by email once the product is shipped to your location.

My product arrived broken, what now ?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. At the deliver time, if you notice that the package is damaged, please open it and verify that the there is no interior damage to the product.
If a product arrived broken, and you didn’t notice at time of deliver, please take a moment to contact us at geral@lockedin3d.com with the following:
– ORDER NUMBER of the purchase;
– PICTURES/VIDEOS of the product broken as soon as you have unboxed;
– DATE & TIME of delivery of the product at your location;
– What caused the product to broke;

If you meet the requirements above and we notice that the product as been broken involuntarily, we will send you the same product brand new, free of charge. As we said before, we want to ensure you are satisfied with the product you bought.

Can I request a custom design and how will it affect the price ?

Absolutely. We offer customization options to bring your unique vision to life. Custom designs may have a higher price due to the additional time and resources required, but we strive to keep these costs reasonable.
