Returns & Exchanges

As stated at Terms of Service, (Conditions of purchase -> 6. Right of Rejection), in the context of online purchases, the consumer has a period of 14 days, from the physical possession of the items, to return the order without additional costs (except shipping costs), as established in article 10 of DL no. 24/2014, of February 14, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To exercise this right, the customer must unequivocally declare his/her intention to terminate the contract and return the item in the same conditions as when it was sold, without signs of improper use, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the consumer so wishes, he/she may exercise the right of free resolution by filling in and sending electronically to geral@lockedin3d.com the free resolution form model attached to the aforementioned Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, request to us by email or with any other unequivocal declaration of resolution.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important: If a return is not being done because of a mistake on our part the buyer is liable for shipping costs

1. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

After 14 days, LOCKEDIN3D does not accept returns, however, at the deliver time, if you notice that the package is damaged, please open it and verify that the there is no interior damage to the product.
If a product arrived broken, and you didn’t notice at time of deliver, please take a moment to contact us at geral@lockedin3d.com with the following:
ORDER NUMBER of the purchase;
PICTURES/VIDEOS of the product broken as soon as you have unboxed;
DATE & TIME of delivery of the product at your location;

– This excecional request must be made the same day that the order is delivered –

If the customer meets the requirements above and we notice that the product as been broken involuntarily, we will send you the same product brand new, free of charge.
